          [vc_column_text]According to the Law on Road Traffic Safety (NN 67\/08, 48\/10, 74\/11, 80\/13, 158\/13, 92\/14, 64\/15, 108\/17, 70\/19, 42\/20, 85 \/22, 114\/22) driver’s license for driving AM, A1, A2, A, B, BE, F and G category vehicles is issued with a validity period of 10 years. When renewing the driver’s license, the driver is obliged to undergo a medical examination for the driver in the case where the obligation of the medical examination is determined by the health certificate on the basis of which the driver’s license was issued. Driving license for driving vehicles of categories C, C1, C+E, C1+E, D1, D1+E, D, D+E and H is issued with a validity period of five years. At the end of the five-year period, the driver referred to in this paragraph, when renewing his driver’s license, is required to undergo a driver’s medical examination. Driving licenses for driving instructors and category B drivers who drive a vehicle for professional purposes are issued with a validity period of 10 years. At the end of the ten-year period, the driver from this paragraph and the driving instructor when renewing the driver’s license are obliged to undergo a medical examination for drivers.<\/p>\n
