cz_title_has_bg cz_title_pos_inline\"><div class=\"cz_title_content\"><div class=\"cz_wpe_content\"><p>A night worker works according to the working time schedule regularly during a day for at least three hours during night work, that is, during the calendar year, he works at least a third of his working time during night work.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"cz_gap clr \" style=\"height: 35px\"><\/div><div id=\"cz_21937\" class=\"cz_21937 cz_title clr cz_title_pos_inline\"><div class=\"cz_title_content\"><div class=\"cz_wpe_content\"><p class=\"na_pregled_donijeti\">For the health successfully perform a certain job. The examination determines the worker&#8217;s health capacity so that he can handle all the challenges and demands of the workplace without jeopardize the health and safety of himself and others. Usually, occupational medicine examinations are performed by workers who work in jobs with special working conditions (PUR).[\/vc_column_text]<\/div><\/div><div id=\"cz_39823\"><span class=\"cz_acc_child\"><div>Does the employer have to send workers to an occupational health examination?<\/div><\/span><div class=\"cz_acc_child_content clr\">[vc_column_text]The employer is obliged to refer the worker to a medical examination if it is necessary for the worker to fulfill certain health conditions to perform that activity.
