1st AvioMed Forum with international participation in English
Dear colleagues, AMEs and aviation personnel,
We are happy to announce that the Aeromedical Center Institution OptimaMed (HR.AeMC.04) is organizing the 1st AvioMed Forum with international participation in English with the topic of the forum: Building bridges-together for health in aviation, which is going to take place on 24-25 October 2025 in Zagreb, hotel Antunović where we have limited number of rooms at our disposal. There are also two cosy hotels nearby- Admiral hotel, Rudeąka cesta 140 and Grand hotel Zagreb, Jankomir 27.
The aim of this 1st AvioMed Forum is to provide Croatian and foreign AMEs presentations from the field of aviation medicine and, for the first time in the Republic of Croatia, to enable active participation in panel discussions for aviation personnel from the Republic of Croatia and abroad.
We already have the announcements from AMEs from the countries of our region, EU, UK, Turkey, Qatar and UAE for active participation in our first international education, and even some colleagues from Africa, and we have designed a program of lectures and panel discussions in English, which I am attaching to this email and I hope in good faith that we will meet in autumn in Zagreb in order to learn together and from each other!
